Essential Duties:

* Prune hedges, bushes and shrubbery

* Prune trees by removing low limbs and suckers

* Clean out all debris from beds

* Remove weeds in beds

* Spray weeds in concrete and asphalt cracks with herbicide

* Treat beds with per-emergent

* Removal and/or replacement of dead shrubs

* Edge and prep beds for mulch

* Mow grass using riding and/or push mower depending on area

* Trim around beds and paved areas, using an electric/gas trimmer

* Clean grass and debris off of sidewalks and entrances

* Pick up trash in grassy areas and beds

 

Requirements:

* Must be able to walk, bend and stretch
* Must be able to work outdoors
* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

* Have the ability to work independently and with little supervision

 
Bus Operators - Fixed Route Full Time Positions Available
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Safely operates assigned vehicle to transport passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule
  • Picks up and drops off passengers to scheduled medical appointments.
  • Schedule will include evenings/nights, weekends and holidays, varying shifts & routes

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of a current CDL B Driver’s Permit with air brakes & passenger endorsement
  • Valid DOT physical
  • Acceptable current driving record
  • Physically able to load/unload and secure wheelchair customers
  • Employment contingent on satisfactory results of mandatory DOT drug screening and background check
